Telesales Assistant

If so this role could be perfect for you! 

The role

As a Telesales Assistant you will work with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to deal with all incoming calls, follow up business leads and convert these into confirmed sales. You will have allocated customer base who you will develop business relationships with and drive sales.

You will be proactively making outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote new product ranges or communicate targeted promotional activity. You’ll be liaising with the online trading team on key Trade customer issues to ensure we constantly offer an excellent customer experience.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, charismatic individual to join us as an Telesales Assistant for our Plumbing and Heating Division. You will ideally come from a Telesales/Customer Service background and possess a confident telephone manner. Experience working in a fast paced environment where you have worked towards KPI’s is essential. The successful applicant will be tenacious with the ability to close down sales, visualise responsibilities through to conclusion and have excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
