Property Administrator

We, at Travis Perkins are looking for you to join our fast paced and dedicated Property Construction Team, based at our Head Office in Northampton. Using your excellent organisation skills, you will be supporting the Project Managers with administration duties for the construction, relocation, refurbishment and closure of property projects within the Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating property trackers

  • Arranging meetings for contractors and providing diary management support for senior management (Heads of FM/Branch Development) when required.

  • Invoice management including the organisation of invoices, the processing of invoices to ensure payments are made on time and liaising with contractors and suppliers where required.

  • Assisting with Data/Reports for the Head of FM/BD.

  • Support Project Managers and Head with project time frames, highlighting issues and advising of potential problems and conflicting time frames.

  • Process and order facility related products across the Group.

  • Take ownership of updating and maintaining the Construction tracker.

  • Liaising with multiple contractors and suppliers to ensure the correct products are ordered and ordering products so that they arrive when required.

  • Project support which may include data gathering, research and interpretations. Supporting with presentation building, communication and the collating of feedback.
