Project Administrator 
Maternity Cover 12 months FTC 

Location - Crick 

We have an excellent opportunity for a  to join a busy and fast paced business with great benefits! Travis Perkins Plumbing and Heating division are recruiting a Project Administrator  to share our success in a hard-working and friendly environment. 

The role : 

The purpose of the role is to support the showrooms to deliver system updates and improvements for CAD, QuoteIT and POS. The role will lead the simplification of business and IT process in the showroom channel. Additionally enriching data for online showroom channels and ensuring pricing and promotions updates are completed monthly for the showroom systems. The role will also involve supporting the Business Process Manager to deliver new showroom initiatives.

Principle Accountabilities :
  • Responsible for the creation of CAD catalogues and booking agency and IT slots
  • Maintain, update and enrich QuoteIT catalogues
  • Ensure QuoteIT is updated inline with promotions and range launches
  • Support the creation of the showroom brochure, point of sale and displays
  • Ensure the new testament is kept up to date and loaded for promotions and range launches
  • Maintain, update and enrich product content for the showroom website
  • Ensure showroom website is updated inline with promotions and range launches
  • Support manager on new projects and reporting
  • Redesign processes to ensure the integrity of showroom product data
  • Support commercial team in implementation of showroom promotions
  • Improve data quality
What we are looking for:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills demonstrated by academic achievement in  Maths and English  GCSE or Equivalent C+ 
  • Ability to demonstrate process redesign and development
  • Able to work across multiple functions
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure
  • Team player
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to reengineer complex processes
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and prioritise accordingly
  • Numerate and able to conduct data analysis
