Job Description

PMO Coordinator - Project Coordinator 
Location - Crick, Northamptonshire M1 (Jct 18) 

The HR function within Plumbing & Heating has commenced a programme to separate and create an HR operating model which standalones from an historic centralised HR model with the wider Travis Perkins group business. This role will be pivotal in driving the business change and the end to end creation of a new HR Operating Model (within the role allocated remit)

The Role  
To provide comprehensive support to the HR project team in project coordination and administration. 

Principe Accountabilities 
  • Operating at the heart of the PMO, work with the project leads on the programme to agree, set up, maintain and update the governance structure for a number of workstreams using project management tools and processes 
  • Liaise with workstream leads and project managers to ensure that project plans are produced and updated as required and feedback to the project leads any issues and / or concerns 
  • Set up key programme meetings ensuring attendees are adequately briefed, rooms are booked, agendas distributed, items for pre-reading are circulated are distributed  and actions are captured and circulated. Ensure that team members complete actions in agreed timeframes
  • Working with the programme Manager prepare all weekly and monthly reporting packs and ensure they are distributed in a timely manner
  • Manage HR administration and  Invoicing processes where you will be expected to assist in tracking spend against budget, invoice approvals etc. Setting up new starters for the project, equipment and expenses  etc
  • Update and distribute programme status reports and trackers to key stakeholders, as well as creating and providing input to project reports, presentations and documentation as required by the team
  • Personally assist the project team, managing the diary and daily itinerary ensuring the project leads are prepared for all meetings
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sale documentation to ensure they are detailed, up to date and reflect the full plan for delivery to a standalone organisation (TRM, Blueprint, Data Room)
  • Assist in the management and response to buyer queries through due diligence 
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of information required for the Data Room
