We have a fantastic opportunity to Join our Marketing Team, as a Marketing Assistant (Social Media)
 Based in Crick-Northamptonshire. This is a FTC opportunity with potential to go permanent but not guaranteed. 

Role Purpose:

  • Coordinate and deliver the Social Media plans and content generation for our brands making sure it links back to Business objectives.
  • Working with the commercial and online teams to develop the product plan, content generation and KPIs for social media targeting.  Work with HR to highlight our career opportunities and support recruitment for our individual brands requirements.  Work with Brand Marketing to highlight the brand messaging to support business activity and long term strategy.  Work with the branch network to highlight and promote their local branch activities at a local level.
  • Management and responses of Community management across all the Social Media platforms to ensure our customers are responded to in a timely manner and support brand protection, reputation and customer service.  
  • Build and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and work with internal teams including our branch network, Customer Service, Online, Commercial, Operations, HR, Recruitment, Charity, Communications and Marketing across the division to help drive best practice.
  • Maintain knowledge of the social media industry, keeping up to date with changes and platforms to best promote our brands and proposition.
  • Continually review and measure the effectiveness of Social Media channels and the content promoted, plus regular reporting of customer trending topics reported back to the business.  
  • Maintain and develop marketing frameworks and mechanisms to support and provide Social Media marketing initiatives across the brands. 
  • Support the Brand team with absences and work proactively to support colleagues within the wider Marketing team

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity,  you should ideally have at least 12 months Social Media, Marketing experience .
