Gloucester, Full time - 42.5 Hours per week.

The role:

The Margin Support Manager will add value to the profitably of the business by ensuring CSA’s and claimbacks are reviewed, processed and maintained correctly, by analysing and identifying any margin issues from the safety net reports and taking steps to resolve these and to create and maintain customer price files whilst communicating regularly within the regions. To also lead and implement regional margin projects across all stakeholders successfully by recommending and implementing solutions to Sales Directors to ensure our margins are improved.

What we are looking for:

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:-

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to identify and understand customer needs, and have a high level of self motivation.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work for self and others, with the ability to lead and work as part of a team, have excellent problem solving skills and good attention to detail.

  • Ability to present to and influence stakeholders to suggest implement system/process improvement.

  • Good networking skills to act as a conduit between estimating and branches.

  • Ensuring the margin / profit issues are resolved in a timely manner, suggesting recommendations for the future and following this up as well as implementing them.

  • Communicating with all different stakeholders in the regions, trading hubs and branch support centre on any changes.

  • Plumbing & heating product knowledge would be desirable.
