Full time - Monday to Friday - 11am - 3pm

As Customer Service Advisor you will be  highly motivated, professional , friendly person with great energy, enthusiasm, and hard working. Experience of working within the customer service environment either face to face or on the phone is needed to be successful in this role. You will have the ability to identify customer or colleagues’ individual needs as required. A motivated team player that works on their own initiative and can deal with day to day challenges



Working as a part of a team you will consistently deliver the day to day operations on time and to a high standard. You will be confident in dealing with customer enquiries over the phone through Live Chat and by email. You will become a product expert and will be able to advise customer on suitable products whilst identifying and maximising sales opportunities.



The successful candidate will have a Customer Service background, can demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You will have the ability to work within a team and can show strong organising and planning skills.
