Customer Service Advisor Location: Chorley 40 Hours per week, working 12 to 8pm Are you passionate about delivery customer excellence? Do you thrive in a busy and fast paced environment? We would like someone who is self motivated and can identify what needs to be done easily. A desire to learn new skills and strive for continuous improvement is essential. You will be able to communicate at all levels and provide a first class service to our customers. You must be flexible, willing to help others and use your own initiative. You will be responsible for; Ensuring all calls and customer emails are answered quickly.
Sourcing parts, processing orders, chasing orders and dealing with queries.
Maintain excellent relationships with customers.
Provide feedback from customers to the line Manager on competitor activity.
Any projects on an ad hoc basis as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor.
It would be great if you had; The successful applicant should have experience in a busy contact centre and have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills. A strong sense of team working and supporting the wider team while setting and maintaining high standards of work. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work on your own and great customer service skills.
